Stein Mart and Bar Code Graphics have created an affordable program to enable small suppliers the ability to use a Stein Mart SSCC-18 Prefix. (Note: This assignment can only be used for Stein Mart shipments and should not be used for any other retailers.)

  Assignments are provided via e-mail within 4 hours for orders placed during regular business hours. Orders placed after hours or over weekends and holidays will take one day to be fulfilled.

  
  Stein Mart SSCC-18 Prefix Terms of Use:

  Stein Mart SSCC-18 Prefix assignments may be used solely for the identification of a single corporate entity and should only be used for the identification of Stein Mart GS1-128 labels. Bar Code Graphics, Inc. manages Stein Mart SSCC-18 Prefix  assignments to prevent duplication of usage. Buyer understands and agrees that the Stein Mart SSCC-18 Prefix purchased from Bar Code Graphics, Inc can not be used for any other retailer other than Stein Mart.  It is the responsibility of the Buyer to determine the requirements, rules and restrictions imposed by all retailers with whom they will be doing business. Buyer is prohibited from reselling, leasing, assigning and otherwise alienating Prefix purchased from Bar Code Graphics, Inc. . Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bar Code Graphics, Inc from any and all legal claims arising out of use of Bar Code Graphics, Inc bar code numbers, including, but not limited to product liability claims, criminal prosecution, and retailer punitive fines. In order to ensure that the UPCs issued by Bar Code Graphics, Inc are unique, no refunds are available after sale is final. Failure by Buyer to adhere to any of the terms set forth above may result in cancellation of the Stein Mart SSCC-18 Prefix assignment.
