Barcode Testing/Certification For Amazon Transparency and Interoperability Codes
Amazon Transparency Code evaluations include; verification covers barcode print quality and dimensional assessment, and validation evaluates whether the encoded data is formatted correctly against Amazon’s requirements.
DIGITAL REVIEW – Digital copy of barcode is reviewed to validate format and data. ** Eliminates freight and expedites time, but physical samples are ultimately required to pass testing.
PHYSICAL EVALUATIONS – Printed sample of a barcode (or label) is verified against the ISO/IEC 15415 standard for compliance. Data is also validated for compliance.

$65.00Amazon Transparency Interoperability code (1D or 2D barcodes) evaluations include both barcode verification and data validation analysis. Verification involves determining the ISO/ANSI print quality and dimensional assessment. Validation evaluates whether the encoded data is formatted correctly against Amazon’s requirements. Standard turnaround for this service is 3 business days from receipt of samples.
For physical samples that include both a GTIN barcode and an Amazon Transparency Interoperability barcode, our evaluation will also check proximity compliance.
